King Arthur Hotel Wedding Photography

Autumn provides a different feel to weddings on the Gower, often with the challenges of changeable weather and lighting conditions, however the King Arthur Hotel always offers a great setting for your celebrations.

I cover several weddings each year at the King Arthur and regardless of the season it’s always a pleasure to return. On this occasion I was there to photograph the wedding of Catherine and Oliver.

Wedding Photography at Rhossili Church and the King Arthur Hotel

Their ceremony was held a short drive from the hotel in the nearby village of Rhossili. Whilst the village is probably best known for its dramatic coastline and views across the beach towards Llangennith, St Mary's Church is another historic landmark of the village dating back over 800 years.

With the ceremony complete we were met with favourable weather and some great light making it a must to cover the short walk from the church to the headland for a few photos with the bride and groom.

Returning to the King Arthur for the remainder of the day, coverage continued through to the evening function and cumulated with capturing the bride, groom and wedding guests enjoying some welsh folk dancing.
