Photo & Film Collection

The vast majority of weddings I document for my clients I provide both photo and video coverage. In this guide I’ll be going through my most popular Wedding Photo and Film Collection, explaining what is included as well as the associated costs.

Wedding Photography & Wedding Film

1. Coverage - full day

The amount of coverage included on a wedding day is described as full day coverage. In terms of the number of hours I’m with you, it is usually around 10 hours on a typical wedding day. If there are specific things happening later in the evening, like fireworks for example, that you want documented that’s usually no problem and can easily be arranged

You get 2 photographers / videographers, so both myself and my colleague are documenting things throughout your day

2. Photography

Starting with the photography products, once I’ve had a chance to look through and edit your images, I select all the best photos and put them in a secure online gallery.

You are then able to view, download and print your images directly from the gallery as well as from a USB drive that I provide as a backup to your online resources.

On average you will receive around 500-600 images in total from a full day wedding.

You will also receive a ‘photo slideshow’ of around 100 images. Clients love to share these and they are a really simple way of showing off some favourite images from your day.

I also select a few photos and format them specifically for social media, again making it easy for you to share with family and friends.

Lastly on the photography side of things, you will receive a FREE pre wedding photo shoot. If booked separately from a wedding booking this is priced at £495. I find this is easily one of the best products I can provide to help set you up for some fantastic wedding photos.

3. Wedding film

Moving on to the video or wedding film products, the main film I deliver is a 5-10 minute highlight film. This is created from footage taken throughout the wedding from preparations through to the ceremony and evening function.

Whilst the highlight films are definitely a client favourite, I also recognise the value in providing a record of the wedding ceremony. Therefore I also include a copy of all the main parts of the wedding ceremony for you to relive time and again.

The final part of the film collection is a copy of the wedding speeches. Again parts of these are used to create the highlights film but by providing a full copy of the speeches you are able to enjoy listening back to all those words of wisdom from family members as well as any memorable moments from the best man speech.

4. Final Extras

Lastly there are a few extras included in the collection.

In terms of products, as a finishing touch you will also receive 50 thank you cards and a luxury fine art print. These are another client favourite and it’s one less thing to arrange after your wedding so you can send thank you cards to your guests as well as having a favourite print for your wall.

Some things you might not consider that are also included are travelling costs, I do not charge any extra for weddings within 2 hours of Swansea. If travelling further afield or an overnight stay is required this can be arranged. I also have all the necessary insurances and full public liability cover.

Pricing

So how much does it cost for everything I’ve mentioned? Current 2024-2025 wedding fees are priced at £2495.

This includes all photography and videography costs including 2 photographer / videographers for full day coverage and the pre wedding shoot included free of charge.
